We’re Sofie & Eilish, two mates from the South Coast of NSW with a shared love for the outdoors, adventure, and travel. Between us, we bring you a qualified surf instructor, a certified Pilates instructor, outdoor education certified and a whole lot of knowledge (and love) for hiking, camping, and exploring.
So, why Duck Off Adventures? We wanted to create a space for like-minded people to come together—where you can connect with nature, learn new skills, meet awesome people, explore epic places, and make memories that’ll last a lifetime.

SOFIE
Sofie grew up in the Northern Rivers with a love for surfing, the ocean, and all things outdoors. Her passion for adventure has taken her across Australia and beyond, hiking remote trails and leading multi-day trips for both youth and adults.
With years of experience as a surf coach and outdoor guide, Sofie co-founded Duck Off Adventures to build a fun, inclusive community of adventure seekers. She's a qualified youth worker, outdoor recreation instructor, and progressive surf coach—keen to get people outside, connecting, and exploring.
Eilish
